1. Device Evaluations

   • All devices brought in will be carefully checked and documented at the time of drop-off.

   • Customers will receive an estimate before any work begins.

2. Service Expectations

   • Our team aims to complete most device support within the same day.

   • In rare cases where parts or additional time are needed, customers will be informed right away.

3. Accessories & Products

   • All accessories (cases, screen covers, chargers, etc.) are new and tested for quality.

   • Limited coverage may be provided on select accessories or refurbished devices, as explained at the time of purchase. All sales are final.

4. Customer Responsibility

   • Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before leaving a device with us.

   • GadgetBucks is not responsible for data loss during service.

5. Transparency & Trust

   • We believe in upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

   • All policies and conditions are explained in-store before any service or sale is completed.
